Filipino Secretary Cum Accounting Staff Professional
We are looking for FEMALE admin cum accountant, preferably FILIPINA ONLY. Abu Dhabi area only.
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
2. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
3. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
4. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
5. Obtain quotes / bids from suppliers.
6. Maintain calendar / appointments.
7. Use effective office procedures and recommend improvements
8. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Basic Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3. Proven working experience in accounting/secretarial
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Visit/Tourist Visa can join
